I wonder what caused the quick drop in temperature here in Oklahoma. Well, hell is truly getting frigid. The Cubs win their first road postseason game since 1945!

Well, it looks like they are going to try again. For the fourth time, an attempt is underway to adapt Ayn Rand’s Atlas Shrugged for the screen. All I can say is good luck but I won’t hold my breath.

Sorry I’ve been posting so little the last few days, but I am hopeful the down time will be good in the long term. I am working on a rather massive rant about where individual rights come from and more specifically, who does my knowledge belong to. This all got started from a wonderful debate going on between myself and my friend Steve. We’ll see how it all turns out.

Well, to all six fans out there, you are only getting one post for today. Today, I’m going on vacation and heading down to the big easy. However, since I’ve completed the 12th step in my Geek’s Anonymous group, acceptance, not all is lost. My hotel has high speed internet access so I’ll be posting pictures daily starting on Thursday. However, the ranting will just have to wait until I get back.
