No real story here except that I have always found this mural as particularly creepy and eerie. I guess that fits given the nature of the payday loan business.

A great day of food and family. I’m glad I didn’t have to do the dishes! :D

It was a weekend of great food. This morning, even after the feast of yesterday, it felt like a great day for a German pancake.

The Christmas decorations are magically appearing around the house!

It was Alex’s birthday today and a nice celebration was in order. I got this picture of my Mother in high spirits.

So after a wonderful dinner of fabulous steaks, what you really need the next morning is a nice big breakfast. ;)

Ever do something really silly and end up with an injury to prove it?  For some inexplicable reason I decided to headbutt the corner of a filing cabinet at my desk and took a nice chunk out of my forehead.  How foolish!

Some nights, the prospect of cooking after a long day of working doesn’t have much appeal. Unfortunately, some of the best remedies to this problem aren’t the healthiest.

I found these beautiful steaks at the new Whole Foods and couldn’t resist picking some up.

I took Ms. Blu Haul in for a regular tune-up. Going into bicycle stores is always dangerous for me because there are always so many bikes I want to buy.
